The Estate & Accommodations

Villa Maionchi – A newly restored historic Tuscan residence from the mid-1500s where classic charm meets modern comfort. With its gardens, private pool, and elegant interiors, the villa accommodates up to 22 guests.

The Fattoria

Historic wine cellar, the vineyards, and tinaio all perfect for ceremonies, receptions, or rehearsal dinners. Our estate wines and olive oil bring authentic local flavors to every celebration.

Il Palagio Home

Just a short walk from the estate, this welcoming home sleeps up to 14 guests. Perfect for family and friends to keep everyone close by.

Il Frantoio Apartment

An intimate retreat for two offering privacy while still being part of the celebration. Just a short walk from the estate.
